How long does my order take to ship?

We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order’s journey. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re always considering expansion, so check back for updates!

What is your return policy?

As a small business, we want you to love your purchase from Skin Apeel Beauty Bar. We accept returns for PCA and Jane Iredale products only, provided they are unused and unopened, within 14 days for store credit, in-store. Please note that any products not sold on our online shop are not eligible for returns.

How do I prep for my spray tan?

1. Exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment to create smooth skin.

2. Avoid using lotion, deodorant, perfume, or oils on the day of your tan.

3. Shave at least 8 hours before or wax 24 hours before your appointment.

4. Wear loose, dark clothing and flip-flops to your appointment.

What do I do after my spray tan?

1. Wait 8-12 hours before showering to let your tan develop.

2. Use lukewarm water for your first shower—no soap or scrubbing.

3. Moisturize daily with a tan-safe lotion to keep your skin hydrated.

4. Avoid pools, hot tubs, sweating and exfoliating to prolong your tan.
