  • We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order’s journey. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Return & Refund Policy

    • We do not offer cash refunds.

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit.

    • A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns.

    • To be eligible for return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

    • PCA Skin and Jane Iredale products are eligible for return. Other brands are non-returnable.

    • Online purchases are generally considered final sale, unless otherwise noted.

  • At Skin Apeel Beauty Bar, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering professional, high quality skin care services with care and integrity.

    If you are not satisfied with a service you received from one of our licensed estheticians, we are happy to offer a complimentary correction redo within three (3) days of your original appointment.

    Please note the following guidelines:

    • This policy applies only to services performed by Skin Apeel Beauty Bar Estheticians and only when the dissatisfaction is related to something within our professional control.

    • Redo appointments must be scheduled within 3 days of the original service date.

    • No refunds will be issued for any services.

    • Concerns brought to our attention after more than three (3) days may not qualify for a complimentary redo service, but we will gladly review them on a case-by-case basis.

    • If you experience irritation or an unexpected reaction, please contact us immediately so we can provide appropriate guidance. 

    We value the trust you place in us and are committed to working with you to ensure the best possible results.

    1. Exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment to create a smooth canvas.

    2. Avoid using lotion, deodorant, perfume, or oils on the day of your tan.

    3. Shave at least 8 hours before or wax 24 hours before your appointment.

    4. Wear loose, dark clothing and flip-flops to your appointment.

    1. Wait 8-12 hours before showering to let your tan develop.

    2. Use lukewarm water for your first shower—no soap or scrubbing.

    3. Moisturize daily with a tan-safe lotion to keep your skin hydrated.

    4. Avoid pools, hot tubs, sweating and exfoliating to prolong your tan.
